Filip Šourek assists clients in various areas of law, where he primarily focuses on representing and defending clients in all stages of criminal proceedings. In civil and commercial law, he represents clients with their claims from the negotiation phase to the eventual stage of asserting these claims in court or arbitration proceedings and subsequently, if necessary, in the enforcement-execution phase.

Thanks to the fact that he has many years of experience gained not only in legal practice, but also in business (especially in the field of real estate), he is able to assess the current situation not only from the perspective of a lawyer, but also from the perspective of a businessman and his priorities in negotiating business matters.

Within real estate law, he provides comprehensive legal services for real estate agencies, development projects and individuals.

Filip is the head of ARROWS law firm, s.r.o. in Liberec.
