Mgr. Petr Hanzel focuses within ARROWS mainly on IT and software law, criminal law and traffic offences.

He provides comprehensive legal services for a wide range of clients in the IT sector. His practice includes legal advice for software development companies as well as for companies seeking innovative IT solutions. He also advises on the launch of new applications and services.

Petr has extensive experience in defending individuals and legal entities in large-scale criminal cases of property and economic crime, as well as general crime matters. Clients turn to him in virtually all areas of criminal law.  Petr also represents injured parties and victims in criminal proceedings in claims for damages and non-pecuniary injuries. In addition to criminal defense, he provides comprehensive criminal defense counseling to commercial companies when implementing or subsequently revising compliance programs.

As part of his specialization, Petr also lectures on current topics. He also cooperates, for example, with EPRAVO.CZ.
