My name is Viktorie Sladkova. I am responsible for the management of communication & marketing at ARROWS ETL Global, also for the management of ARROWS Academy. I graduated from Tomas Bata University in Zlín, Faculty of Management and Economics.

I have more than five years of experience in effective project management, marketing & communication. I managed innovative start-up LUSQ, worked in marketing management of development and healthcare corporations.

I also act as a mentor pro bono in marketing and communication. I host the podcasts Dot and Arrows wave.
