I graduated at Palacký University in Olomouc, Faculty of Law. During my studies I worked in several smaller law firms specialised in general practice, and also in one prominent Czech law firm in Prague, specialised in corporate law.
After the graduation, I started to work as a company lawyer in the transnational engineering company Sigma Group a.s., where I focused especially on civil law, corporate law, financial law, banking law and setting of internal mechanisms in compliance with the management of the company. Experience and skills I gained in this company are a great contribution as I can easily understand its inner operation and consequently I choose the most suitable way of solution for my client.
“Nowadays, when law is directly connected to business, which the law should help to, the provision of high quality legal service is not enough, thus we cooperate with other specialists from the field of tax, accounting, audit and insurance.”
I continually develop my theoretical knowledge and skills and at the same time I teach the subject of Banking law at the Faculty of Law in Olomouc.
