ARROWS, led by Jakub Oliva, LL.M, MSc., a specialist in labour law, prepared and delivered an eight-hour training course entitled "Current HR Rules and Legislation" at ATALIAN's headquarters. The program was designed to be interactive and practically oriented, with an emphasis on current changes in labor law, their impact on everyday HR practice, and the proper setup of internal processes. The training included an analysis of key legislative developments, practical examples from the field of labor relations management, discussion of model situations, and space for individual questions from participants. The chosen format - a combination of theoretical explanation and real-life case studies - was selected so that the legal framework would not be presented in a purely formal manner, but would be fully comprehensible for everyday management decision-making.
