Dispute over the validity of the lease settled by mutual agreement
ARROWS provided legal counsel to a client in a situation where, following comprehensive land consolidation, a dispute arose regarding the continuation of a lease agreement. The opposing party challenged the validity of the original contract and demanded new terms of use. Thanks to the chosen strategy, the dispute was resolved without going to court.

The client turned to ARROWS because, following comprehensive land consolidation, a dispute arose regarding the continuation of the lease agreement, and the opposing party challenged the validity of the original contract. Based on a legal analysis, a strategy was chosen that combined arguments regarding the continuity of the lease agreement with a proposal for a new contractual arrangement reflecting the current status of the land. This approach was chosen as the most appropriate because it allowed the client to retain use of the land while preventing the dispute from escalating.
ARROWS subsequently conducted negotiations with the opposing party and prepared a contractual solution corresponding to the new parcel layout. The result was the reaching of an agreement, the preservation of the lease relationship, and the elimination of legal uncertainty regarding the use of the land.
