ARROWS Announces Ownership Structure Change with No Impact on Clients
ARROWS, a Prague-based law firm, is an established practice with more than a decade of history on the Czech market. It has long focused on advisory services for business and real estate in the Czech Republic and systematically develops technology and internal processes that support the speed, consistency, and quality of the legal services it provides under Czech law.
By mutual agreement, we have ended our cooperation with Libor Zbořil and Pavel Staněk. They are no longer partners of ARROWS. Both are now focusing on their own projects.

“The change relates exclusively to the ownership structure and has no impact on the provision of legal services. For ARROWS’ clients and partners, this is a purely internal matter,” says JUDr. Jakub Dohnal, Managing Partner of ARROWS.
ARROWS continues to strengthen its long-term position in the market as a firm that connects legal expertise with technology and process management. Alongside top-tier legal advice under Czech legislation, it emphasizes work standardization, quality control, and efficient delivery of outputs to clients—especially in complex transactions, real estate projects in the Czech Republic, dispute resolution and litigation matters in Czech courts, and long-term contractual advisory services.
The firm operates across the Czech Republic and at the same time develops international cooperation within the ARROWS International network, thanks to which it also provides clients with support on cross-border projects. ARROWS primarily serves corporate clients and investors—from local businesses to groups with an international reach—and in practice combines legal, commercial, and project management so that the client receives a solution that is usable in real-world business.
For its work and results, ARROWS has been repeatedly recognized in industry rankings, including awards in competitions focused on the quality of legal services and innovation. In 2024, it received the awards Law Firm of the Year and Legal Firm of the Year for its work in artificial intelligence, which it uses in practice primarily to support internal processes, check the consistency of deliverables, and increase the efficiency of its teams.
