5. What happens if we hire foreign employees without obtaining proper Employment Permits and Residence Permits first?

Companies must file updated information whenever material changes occur regarding managing directors, shareholders, registered office address, business scope, or other information in the Commercial Register. The requirement is continuous—companies cannot allow outdated information to remain registered. Material information changes must typically be registered without undue delay.
