Pavel Staněk is one of the founding partners of the law firm ARROWS. He regards his knack for management and business as his strong suit. He understands his clients because he himself works with a large group of people and at the same time deals with the day-to-day operation of the company at its highest level. As a lawyer, he has long specialized in working with key clients of our firm. It is also involved in the coordination of sustainability issues (ESG).

His professional experience, gained over many years of practice in the legal field, combined with his unique skills in relationship management, enable him to effectively manage and develop our most significant business activities. Pavel plays a key role in maintaining and strengthening these important partnerships. Clients are often also his friends, and therefore, apart from the problems of their companies, he also helps the owners and management with their personal matters. After all, he was the one to propose an amendment to the family law, advocating for shared custody.

Pavel has worked as a corporate lawyer and marketing manager. He knows that for the client it is important that the business proceeds, but at the same time everything is legally sound. He thus strives to do his work and lead our team in this direction.

His competence is not limited only to the private law sector, as he also has extensive experience in the public sector, particularly in the field of justice and legislation. He uses these skills in creating and implementing legal and business strategies that are crucial to the success of our clients.

Together with his wife Monika, he established the AQUAPURA Foundation Fund in 2011, which focuses on helping patients with poor blood coagulation.

In June 2020, Pavel decided to launch the portal hradecsipomaha.cz to support those who do business in Hradec Králové or contribute to a rich life and accessibility of everything. It is a portal where those who offer goods or services can present their offer, and others can share it or support them with their expenses.
