František Bárta is a senior attorney at ARROWS. František is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of Masaryk University in Brno and since the beginning of his legal career he has been dealing mainly with contract law with a focus on real estate law, which he currently focuses on exclusively.

Together with his colleagues from the real estate team of the law firm, he provides clients with comprehensive legal advice on real estate law and ensures the preparation and review of all contractual documentation in this area. Thus, he helps clients to solve the issues of transfer of ownership, transfer of cooperative share, liens, easements, lease, leasehold and others.

František's daily agenda is cooperation with real estate agencies. Hundreds of successfully completed real estate transactions speak for his work. He also regularly handles individual client requests related to real estate.
