Tomáš Pertot is a partner of the law firm and he deals mainly with the criminal law and collective recovery of receivables. He defends his clients from the first stages of criminal proceedings, i.e. from submitting an explanation, through representation in a preliminary procedure, to tasks within criminal proceedings or main proceedings.  

He focuses on cases with higher penalties, especially on the property criminal activity and economic crimes. His main specialization is collective recovery of receivables which he can provide high-quality technical, software and personnel background as well as good relations with the cooperating distrainers for.

He prefers personal and informal attitude to his clients. His objective is always to provide the client with complex legal services in all the fields.
