Successful defense of a client against an employer's claim under a qualification agreement

In a labor dispute involving compensation exceeding CZK 100,000, we successfully protected our client against an unjustified claim by the employer. Thanks to our precise defense, the court dismissed the lawsuit in its entirety and the judgment became final.

The law firm represented a client in a dispute with an employer over compensation for breach of a qualification agreement. The employer demanded CZK 103,166 plus interest, arguing that the client had terminated his employment before the end of the term specified in the qualification agreement. Our defense convinced the court that the employer's claim was unfounded and that our client had acted lawfully. The lawsuit was dismissed in its entirety and the judgment became final, as the plaintiff did not appeal.
