Of course, contractual documentation, i.e. reservation of real estate, the transaction documentation itself (contract on future purchase agreement/purchase agreement), supervision of the proper and safe execution of the transfer of ownership (escrows, bank escrows, ensuring communication with the relevant Land Register), support in securing bank financing, including cooperation in the expert valuation of the property, as well as in fulfilling the conditions for the drawdown of funds, and other services arising from the connection with a particular property or from the specific needs of the client.
